Project estimation:
Georges Paddock, of GRDB started making repairs for the ladies on his bicycle delivery route when he delivered groceries for Bischoff’s Market in south city while in grade school and early highschool years. His father would drive him to Central Hardware or he would pick up supplies from Oak Hill Hardware on his bicycle when volume allowed. He never stopped making repairs for clients throughout his life. Working for several design build companies throughout the decades he was tasked with both the design phase and the building phases of the projects. The most critical part of all projects is bringing them in on or under budget.
From the first day of the project we will be concerned with the budget to make sure you can afford what you have in mind. No need to invest time and money in a project that is unattainable.
